The User hereby states that they have read and accepted this Policy before placing an order on the Website.
Protection of personal data
The Company reserves the right to gather and process personal data pertaining to its Customers, in particular their surnames, first names, e-mail addresses, delivery or invoicing addresses, telephone numbers, etc.
If the User refuses to provide their personal data, it shall not be possible for them to place an order on the Website.
The Company uses the personal data of its Users for the following purposes: provision of services on the Website, order management and processing, invoicing, responses to contact forms and order cancellation forms, deletion request management, modification of and access to personal data, receivables management, collection of IP addresses, and sending of newsletters about the Company’s products and activities (marketing research). Data processing is necessary for fulfilment of the contract made with the Consumer, for negotiation of new contracts and for the legitimate aims pursued by the Company.
The data is kept for a period of 10 years.
The data is processed by the Company and by its service providers, who act as sub-contractors, such as the Website host, MailChimp.
The Company shall undertake all necessary measures to protect personal data, to preserve its integrity and confidentiality, and in particular to prevent it from being distorted, damaged or disclosed to unauthorised third parties
User’s rights
In compliance with the Belgian act of 8 December 1992 pertaining to the protection of privacy in the processing of personal data, and starting on 25 May 2018, with European regulation 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, the User has the right to access their data and to ask for changes, partial or total deletion or transfer of said data.
The User states that their data is valid and up to date.
The User may also object to any processing of their data.

Complaints in cases of non-compliance with the regulations may be submitted to the Belgian Privacy Commission (which, from 25 May 2018, shall be known as the Data Protection Authority) at the following e-mail address: commission@privacycommission.be.
Cookies
The Company uses cookies on the Website. Cookies are files saved on the hard drive of the User’s computer when they visit the Website. They are used to improve the User's browsing experience and the Website’s efficiency. A banner shall appear whenever the User is on the Website, asking if they want to accept cookies. The User shall be informed of the precise purposes of the cookies used and of the option of changing their browser settings (by clicking the link in the banner) in order not to accept cookies.
